1. Handmade & Made-to-Order

All Denimière items are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Each item is crafted with care, making every piece unique.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD.
Payment must be completed at checkout.
Denimière reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or product availability.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Because all items are made-to-order, all sales are final.
Please carefully review our size guide before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

4. Shipping

Shipping times do not include production time.

5. Product Images & Colors

We make every effort to display accurate colors and product details. However, variations in monitors, lighting, and handmade construction may result in slight differences between the product and its image.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Denimière and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Denimière is not responsible for damages or issues caused by improper care, shipping delays, or customer misuse.
